• A contact is someone who has contacted you via email, telephone or completing a form on your web site as a result of finding you through the Click DirectDirectory you have listed on.
• As with an insurance contract, it's all about good faith "Uberrimae Fidei", we are confident that people will be honest with us as we are to all our clients and anyone enquiring about our services.
• Should you feel that you have not benefited from your listing as described in point 1 above, we may ask to analyse your site statistics to verify that you may have had no traffic from your listing. Of course we may make suggestions for improvement of your traffic as a whole, that's just part of our service.
